Education was the foundation of Aaralyn’s own physical, mental and spiritual transformation, and her passion is sharing the human body’s miraculous healing capabilities with others. Wellness expert, Aaralyn Shiri, is a certified Holistic Health Coach through HMI Nutrition School. She struggled with overweight/obesity, binge eating, food addiction and more for many of her teen and adult years.
